Born and raised in Southern California.  I'm a local resident, of the Orange County and San Diego areas.   I'm very knowledgeable about the local schools, communities, trends and demographics of the South County market and specifically the Orange County & San Diego areas.  I'm currently the Membership Director for the military organization & apart of the VAREP (Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals, chamber of commerce in San Clemente and very active in various community groups in the city.  The vice chair for our local Realtor Public Affairs board.  Past graduate of the OCR Leadership Academy.  Past member of WCR.  Not only do I work in these communities, but I live, recreate and support the people that I do business with.
